We primarily work with organisations (either statutory or in the voluntary/community sector) who have already registered with us, and for whom we have a little understanding about the work and support you offer.
If that’s the case, then there should be a nominated person within your organisation who acts as the main point of contact with us. They are likely to hold a stock of referral forms that you can complete and fax or scan to us. If you’re not sure who that person is, do give us a ring and we can link you up!
If your organisation isn’t already registered, then please contact us. We don’t want to create an unnecessary delay in helping your client if we can help it – so we may agree to take a one-off referral and act on it, whilst at the same time identifying the best way for your organisation to be able to register with us and make future referrals as quick and easy as possible.
